Knowing where to begin with bespoke awards and medals can seem a little bit daunting, but with the assistance of our friendly and knowledgeable team, we’re here to help you every step of the way.
We understand just how important bespoke awards and medals are to our clients and therefore getting it right and producing items that you love and are proud of is of the utmost importance to us. When you first approach us with your enquiry or for a quote, we find it really useful if you come prepared with a basic design brief. Whether you’re picking up the phone or sending us an email, letting us know a few details up front can really help to speed the process up!
What we need to know in your initial contact with us are the basic details, such as the event name, when you need the awards for, the quantity you need and a rough idea of budget. This will give us a good indication of what we can produce for you in the timeframe, and allow us to suggest relevant ideas to suit your budget and tastes.
At this point if you have any detailed design ideas, make sure you tell us of those too! The more information we have upfront, the more accurately we can quote you and share ideas.
We provide two free proofs as part of a confirmed order, so once you’re ready to proceed with your order we’ll begin working on a design based on the information you’ve given us. To do this, we’ll need all the wording information and also your logo in an EPS vector outline format. It’s important that you send any images to us in this format, as this format allows us to edit the logo without interfering or distorting it. This ultimately means that we can give you the most accurate representation of what your awards will look like in your artwork proofs.
As a quick checklist, here’s what we need from you:
- Logos and artwork
- Event name, date and budget for the awards
- Your material/size/shape preference
- Any major ‘don’ts’ or dislikes that you would like us to avoid
- Image examples of other awards you like
Without all the following information, we will still be able to begin work on your order; however there may be delays as we go back and forth until all the details are clear. That’s why an upfront brief is ideal, especially on tight time frames!
We also have many fantastic stock awards to choose from, should there not be enough time to produce something completely bespoke for you. These products can be found on our website, or in our showroom in Twickenham. Get in touch to discuss your options today - one of our friendly team members will be delighted to help!
