Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in all of our products which is why we make sure that your items arrive on time and in excellent condition.


In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our email address immediately and within 48 hours of receipt of your Order, outlining your query. 


We can only replace incorrect or damaged orders free of charge subject to receipt of written and pictorial evidence from you and approval by one of our Directors.


You may be issued with a Returns Note Number and need to quote that on all Returns correspondence if we have asked you to return the items. We will refund all agreed transport costs to your account.


Your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act are not affected.


Please note that the above terms do not apply to goods that have been personalised as per your specification and instructions. As we cannot return engraved, bespoke, custom made or personalized items to our stock and offer them for sale to other customers, we cannot accept the return or exchange of these items, unless faulty.
