Thank you for shopping with us.  We take pride in all of our products, which is why we make sure that your items arrive on time and in excellent condition.

 

Order Processing

 

Typically orders placed on our site for standard stock items not personalised will be shipped within three (3) working days (Monday – Friday) from the date the order was placed and credit/debit card details received.  Often we can process them much quicker especially when placed by 1pm – just ask and we’ll see what we can do.

 

If you choose to personalise your order using our in-house printing, engraving or etching services, this can delay the process by a further 3-7 working days dependent on clarification of the details you have given us, artwork files submitted, quantity ordered, time of the year, etc.  We will acknowledge and review these on receipt of your order, confirming when you can expect to receive the order, based on the different factors and whether a proof is necessary.  Please note that our offices close annually for the Christmas/New Year Holidays along with the standard UK Bank Holidays and so the above dates may vary slightly if your order is received during these periods.

Express Service

 

We are now pleased to offer an express service, for all personalised glass and stock items.

 

For an additional £8 your item will be dispatched within 48 hours. Let us know if you are in a rush and we will place your order at the front of the queue. We will advise customers if any product is out of stock and offer alternatives if possible.

 

Please note that our offices close annually for the Christmas/New Year Holidays along with the standard UK Bank Holidays and so the above dates may vary slightly if your order is received during these periods.

 

Free Delivery on UK Mainland Orders Over £100

 

For UK Mainland orders only with an order value of £100 (excluding personalisation, shipping and VAT charges), we will ship free of charge on a standard week day basis – if a timed delivery is requested, the below charges will then apply.

 

Courier Partner

 

When an order is complete, we ship all orders out via our chosen courier partner on a Standard 'by 6pm' week day delivery service, allowing them to be fully trackable. We will always try to fit your order into the minimal number of parcels to ensure safe delivery. 

 

The standard delivery cost is £10.00 per parcel + VAT up to 25Kgs and applies to goods delivered to one UK Mainland address. 

 

If you require a Timed Week Day Delivery the following prices will apply:

 

Timed Standard Delivery:                                             

By 12 noon @ £14.00 per parcel                            

By 10.30am @ £22.00 per parcel      

                           

(Please note that for all timed deliveries, someone should be available at the delivery address at least 2 hours beforehand)

 

Non UK Mainland and overseas addresses will need to be quoted carriage separately and the rates calculated will be based on a number of factors including desired service level, weight, size and destination.   We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties.

 

We can ship to BFPO addresses although extra time must be allowed once the goods are delivered into the BFPO UK address, currently in Ruislip in Middlesex and an additional charge will be applied based on the weight of the parcel.

 

We cannot ship to UK PO BOX addresses.

 

Providing your email and/or mobile telephone number are supplied when an order is placed, you will be notified on the day your goods are despatched from us with an option to re-schedule the delivery date online, leave the parcel in a safe place or arrange to collect from your access point/local depot.

 

On the delivery morning, if no one is at home, the courier will either:

 

* leave a card and send a ‘Sorry we missed you’ notification to confirm details     OR

* deliver the parcel to a neighbour/leave in a secure location, confirming as applicable    OR

* deliver to a local access point for you to collect within 5 working days. You will be notified if this happens. Access Points have been created for customer convenience and will therefore be close to your home address.

 

We can only replace lost or damaged orders free of charge subject to receipt of written evidence/pictures from you within 48 hours of despatch and review/approval by one of our Directors.
